Juve tickets still not arrived

Is anyone else still waiting for juve ticket to arrive?? Also, has anyone received their season ticket yet?

Got the f*****s in today's post. It still leaves me with a headache but there you go. God knows why they have left it so late.

Just checked & I ordered my ticket three months ago. Still hasn't arrived. Nor has my Season Ticket either. Glad to see some things never change with this club!

Finally managed to speak to someone after 14 minutes listing to Bubbles. The corporate tickets contact told me the tickets were posted yesterday, so should be here today or Friday.

So inconvenient! My dad is flying up from Cornwall on morning of the game! Already pushing for time as it is to get there decent time before kick off. Now probably have to Q up with 1000s of other people to get tickets! I genuinely don't see how it is so difficult!
Pop tickets in an envelope and chuck them in the post!!!

Not in today's post either. This is massively inconvenient for me now. A message on the ticket office phone now actually states "if your tickets have not arrived, pick them up from the ticket office on the day". Seems to me they are not bothering with posting some of them, probably to save the cost. My order was in June, it's not like it is a last minute purchase. It's not like they didn't know the f****** game was coming up. Seriously pissed off. Shoddy service.

Not got ours for tomorrow or indeed for Sunday. Told we have the Europa qualifier Included in our Club London tickets but we paid for the Juventus game months ago.
Told sent out early this week on what looked like mass email but no correspondence since or replies to emails.
No doubt tomorrow's will arrive in Friday's post and Sunday's next week and be lining up at ticket office trying to get sorted.
Having paid a joining fee a couple years ago to be in one of the lounges it is a bloody joke they have sorted by now but it is what we have come to expect from West Ham.
Website update last week said all club London members would be contacted individually - absolutely nothing!
Happy taking the money as ever

Agreed!! I have also just realised I have not received my tickets for tomorrow's game either yet!!

An email from the ticket office says they will should arrive shortly. It was addressed to me personally, but it may well be a mass mail out. At least it shows there is a backlog/delay.

And just to round it off, at 4:00 pm the ticket office announces it is closed but is open from 9:00 - 17:00. And that cost me another 13p

I was just going to ask. My Juve tickets have not arrived either and I have to get them to my mates this week. I have emailed the ticket office yesterday and phoned twice this morning to be told I was 40th and 29th in the queue, at 13p per minute. Needless to say I did not hang on.
